Shipping & Returns Policy Shipping

• Our standard domestic shipping rate is R69 (to Pudo locker please add address of locker at checkout)
• All orders are produced and fulfilled within 2 working days of order placement.
• Once dispatched, delivery takes approximately 2–4 working days, depending on your location.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. We ship all our order via The Courier Guy.

Returns & Refunds
Because our products are customisable and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or incorrect customisation details provided by the customer. However, we will gladly replace or refund your item if:

• You received the incorrect product, or
• Your order arrived damaged or defective.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@ohsnapphotomagnets.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
